Why ship in phases?
Memecoin trading bots fail one of three ways: lost keys, failed transactions, or scope creep that breaks production. We avoid all three by shipping the smallest useful surface first, hardening it under real volume, and only then layering on automation.
That's why Phase 1 is intentionally narrow: wallet management, manual trades, position tracking. Once thousands of trades have settled cleanly, sniping and copy trading bolt on without compromising the core. Then Jito bundles. Then multi-chain.
