Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of moonhydra.com and the @moonhydrabot Telegram trading bot. Last updated 2026-05-27. By using the bot you accept these terms.

1. What MoonHydra is

MoonHydra is a Telegram-based automated trading bot for the Solana blockchain, operated by a natural-person operator reachable on Telegram at @moonhydrabot . The bot routes user-initiated swaps through public Solana infrastructure (Jupiter Aggregator, Jito Block Engine, the configured RPC providers). MoonHydra deploys no custom on-chain contracts and is not a financial institution, a broker, an investment adviser, or an exchange.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of, or be located in, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or be a person otherwise prohibited from using cryptocurrency trading services under applicable law.

3. Non-custodial trading

MoonHydra is non-custodial. Each user generates or imports a dedicated burner trading wallet ("Hydra Head") whose private key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only in our database. You can export the private key at any time. We do not pool user funds. The operator never directs trades on your behalf — every swap is initiated by you or by an automation (TP/SL, limit order, DCA, snipe, copy-trade) that you explicitly configured.

4. Fees

We charge a flat 1% fee per executed trade, deducted on-chain at settlement and routed to the operator's fee wallet. There are no subscriptions, no tiers, no premium accounts, and no hidden markups. Network fees (Solana priority fees and any Jito tip) and Jupiter slippage are not part of the 1% — they are paid by the trading wallet in the normal course of any Solana swap.

5. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Nothing the bot, the website, the blog, or any operator communication says is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend any token, route, strategy, or position size. RugCheck scores and other on-chain indicators surfaced by the bot are sourced from third parties and offered as information only, not as a recommendation.

6. Trading risk

Cryptocurrency trading, and Solana memecoin trading in particular, carries an extreme risk of total loss of capital. Many tokens you can buy through any Solana swap router are scams ("rug pulls") that lose 100% of their value, often within minutes. Slippage, MEV, RPC outages, validator censorship, smart contract bugs in tokens, frontend exploits, hardware failure, network congestion, and operator error are all real and recurring sources of loss. You acknowledge these risks and accept that you alone bear them.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Fund the bot only with capital you can afford to lose in full.
  • Keep your Telegram account secure (2FA, no shared sessions).
  • Enable the bot's TOTP and withdrawal password if you store more than trivial amounts.
  • Verify token contract addresses, RugCheck scores, and slippage settings before every trade.
  • Never share your bot account or your exported private keys with anyone.
  • Comply with the tax, AML, sanctions, and crypto-trading laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the bot to launder money, evade sanctions, finance terrorism, or commit fraud. You may not attempt to attack the bot's infrastructure (DDoS, RCE, key extraction), reverse-engineer the encryption, or scrape user data. You may not use the bot on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity. Operator reserves the right to disable bot access for accounts engaged in any of the above, while preserving user wallet access for legitimate fund recovery via private key export.

9. Availability

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA. Solana RPC outages, Jupiter routing failures, Telegram outages, and routine maintenance can interrupt service without notice. Limit orders, TP/SL triggers, DCA orders, alerts, and copy-trade mirroring execute on best-effort timing and may fire late or fail if any upstream dependency is degraded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any loss of cryptocurrency, lost profits, lost data, missed trades, slippage, MEV losses, frontrun losses, failed automations, RPC failures, exchange-listing rugs, token contract bugs, third-party service outages, or any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of MoonHydra. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), nor any liability that cannot be excluded under German or EU consumer law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify the operator against any claim by a third party arising from your trading activity, your violation of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Account termination and data

You can stop using the bot at any time. Before you stop, export and withdraw the funds from each Hydra Head. You can request deletion of your bot account and stored data per our Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for users who violate these terms; in that case we will still allow private-key export so you can move your funds out.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the bot and noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue is the operator's registered place of business, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that most closely approximates its intended commercial effect.
